Weekend Challenges

I was just thinking about an idea similar to missions, but a different concept maybe you could tie it in to missions. This idea is that over the weekend (starting on Friday) you could have a challenge for every ranked player in their ELO (Diamond challenge). The challenges would be something like: Gain XP, and there would be groups. Group 1 would be the group of players that gained the most XP, and they would gain a large reward. Group 2 would gain the 2nd best reward. And so on and so forth. The groups would be of a certain number of people and they would be based on the ELO and how many players play. The rewards could be things like skins, capsules, things like those. I just wanted to get this idea out for developers to look at. I believe that it is an idea worth looking at.
