His passive needs to change to match aatrox and rhaast. Meaning they have some sort of lifesteal . Instead of attack speed needs passive lifesteal or something like that

passive without the bonus movement speed, not to mention she can even break the attack speed cap now. All Varus has within his passive is a possible higher scalling attack speed passive.
