Why is that Ezreal's Q doesn't proc Ludens Echo? It counts as a spell in terms of charging but does not count as a spell when it makes contact. Yet it Procs Shiv. Is this intended or a bug? If it is allowed to proc Ludens Echo it can open up a Hybrid Ezreal build path.

It'd be really nice if they change this, however, so I can use Luden's Echo AP GP :3
