Zilean Ult

What if it returned the whole map to 7 seconds before the cast ( original positions, xp, gold, hp, kills, cooldowns etc..) Only Zilean, his cooldowns and his bombs wouldnt get affected.

OP ability or....?

OP to be honest. Sadly alot can happen in 7 seconds, and if you have the ability to reverse and erase those seven seconds. You could easily turn an ace against your team into an ace against the enemy team due to knowing where they are. It also is just then way too easy to erase a mistake. Someone gets caught out? Rewind time. Someone lives with a few health left? Rewind time. Enemy got baron? Rewind time. It eliminates any and all counterplay against Zilean. Especially if he has the ability to bring it's CD timer down along with his other abilities. TL;DR It has no counterplay since there would be absolutely no way to stop the rewind unless you killed him before he used it due to the power of it's resetting.

Sounds fun, but really OP. It's basically a game reset. Also, I think it would require advanced tech and would be really long to code.

Maybe they can make it like nerubian weaver ultimate but not affected by W and only by CDR

Whole team fights and aces can happen in as little as 7 seconds, and it would basically be a get out of jail free card for his team, no counter play, and no interactivity at all. For now, they should make it so his ult can't get rewound like his other abilities until they get around to reworking him.
