I've taken some interest into these two mid laners.
Who is better as a champion/can carry best. I'm looking to mastery one of the two for ranked.
Who would win in 1v1? Pros, Cons, your opinion and recommendation.

You're gold 3. No good reason on being an asshat to people giving you examples from their own experience. If you stay close minded like that a lot you're not gona get very far buddy guy friend.
Ahri is better but probably harder to play. She has insane burst coupled with insane mobility.
Viktor has no mobility which is the biggest problem; he has a ton of burst and it can situationally burst the whole team but its largely reliant on either the enemy team mis-playing or your team initiating.
Ahri can accomplish a lot more in situations where your team is unreliable and she is also a lot safer with her escapes. She's also better to play into assassins.
New Viktor isn't good for soloq so Ahri.
Viktor wins 1v1.Rylai destroys Ahri's mobility.So Ahri can not do 1v1 Viktor.
Both are terrible complete garbage useless champs that no one except faker and me should ever play.
viktor is better
ahri is safer
viktor has way higher burst potential and teamfight power. his kiting is arguably better than ahri's with rylai and Q upgraded, but he needs to be in combat; ahri has free mobility which is situationally stronger.
1v1 depends on the stage of the game; ahri is much better in lane because viktor needs items. mid-game it's a toss-up, late game viktor will crush her.
don't believe the lie that viktor is bad for soloQ. immobility is only a hindrance to bad players
I'm biased since I have never played Viktor. However as an Ahri main, I believe that Ahri is much better. She is hard to play, but not that hard like Riven or even Yasuo. Some players need to know that if they don't have their ult, they should be very careful. You just need to know when to get in the fight or not. In any case, I usually go q,w,e and level up r whenever possible. Once you get 
it's like "gg get fucked enemy team." Everyone bans Zed for several reasons as well as Yasuo. But when I play Ahri mid, you can outplay your opponents, especially when you land a charm on them.
In short, Ahri is an immensely fun and semi-challenging champion to play.
Who would win in a 1v1? Ahri because of her mobility Viktor would have trouble using his w and Ahri could probably just outmaneuver his ult so it would do minimal damage. #Bronziecananswerthis
