AFK'S AND A QUIT GAME OPTION

we all know when we have an afk team member the odds of winning is drastically reduced by about 80% I would say so I would like to discuss RIOT should have a quit game option or an option to kick a player from other team out of game to make things fair. when there an afk person on team have a quite game option were you can just leave with no penalties.
