afk's players and kick enemy out game option make game fair or have an join game option

so well afk problems in games and heres a solution have a option to kick player off other team so lets say some 1 afk's on a team and nows it 4v5 we should be able to vote kick some 1 off the other team to make the game fair

have an option where the team that has an afk member can kick a player off other team to make the game fair or have a join game in progress option give that player a certain amount of gold say game is 30 min in some 1 afk give him certain amount of gold and so on fix this problem where game has afk's

None of these are good ideas. First of all, being able to kick an enemy player off their team? What? No.

And no one wants a "join game" option, because you're likely to join a game that is already lost (someone ragequits because they are losing). Also what if the player who joins is much better than the player who left? It would make people get bullied into leaving so that someone better could come take their place.

TLDR: No.
