AFK's make join game option or make it 4v4 be fair

well so heres we al lbeen there game with 4v5 in middle game which is makes your chances of winning the game like 20% so fucking riot should give make a join game option where the player go in and gets certain amoutn of gold for certain amount time played or know what team with 4 players gets x2 gold or uhh 20% icnrease dmg some kind of thing that will make it balanced for the 4v5 situation my suggestion make a join in game option or better yet kick one person out of current game from team that has 5 players give him more IP because this 4v5 game is fuking BS you fucking riot people should do your fucking jobs make soemtihng better than this BS remake game at beginning what about 30 mi ninto game person goes afk? what happens then? team has 4 players chances of winning just drastically went down should be able kick 1 perosn off other team give that player certain amoutn of ip or someshit
