My Cursor gets buggy sometimes.

As the title says, my cursor gets weird when im playing sometimes. It starts to jump around all over my screen and my computer starts beeping like crazy. Even worse, the game is running smoothly around me. As a result my character either stands in place, runs in one direction when i try to move, sometimes into a fight, and I cant aim my abilities; I then hope my team doesnt think im an idiot. Has anyone else had this problem? Or is it just my mouse or computer? Is there even a fix?

tl;dr: My cursor sometimes glitches around sometimes and it’s affecting my games. Any fix?
