A few small balances across a some champions

This is going to be a pretty long list I think, just tell in the comments what other ideas you for balances:

1. Singed Current: Ult costs 150 mana Idea: Ult costs 100 mana Reason: His ult should cost 100 mana like everyone else, not 150 mana

2. Poppy Current: COST: 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 MANA Idea: COST: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 MANA **Reason:**Her w is to much mana early game considering her mana stats

3. Leblanc Current: ult costs 0 mana Idea: ult costs 50 mana Reason: Her ult should have a mana cost

4. Darius Current: passive bleed does magic damage Idea: passive bleed does physical damage Reason: Stacking armor should be viable against Darius because of how much physical damage he does

5. Gangplank Current: (none) Idea: Q passively grants critical strike chance, 2%/4%/6%/8%/10% Reason: With the nerf to IE from 25% to 20% it hurts the fun critplank builds, also it would make gangplank a more viable top laner by giving him slightly more damage.

6. Kassadin Current: Ult has 450 range Idea: Ult has 650 range Reason: He's been nerfed too hard with this, to the point where he cannot even jump on people effectively anymore.
