Clear something up for me with these missions

If i buy champ Ash skin and buy the extra missions in the shop to get enough tokens to get the Ashe chroma and ward skin does that mean I wont be able to get enough tokens to go back and get the Ashe summoner Icon and Loading screen Border too?

That does not make sense to me so i must be missing some vital detail and would appreciate it if anyone could explain this to me.
