Does Ad Fizz work

So know that title says "Does Ad Fizz work", but i also would like to know if Evelyn ad works. With fizz, how is he suppose to build ad and or tank, he will do no damage how does that work??

His base stats are still fairly high, cooldowns are kinda low for sheen procs, ult has a damage amp on it, has an untargettable move, and w does max hp% dmg. So if he survives then he can outdamage plenty of full tanks or squishies.

Fizz just works. Because he's Fizz. Because he's cancer.

Anyways, bruiser AD Fizz, basically TF + BotRK + Bloodrazor if jungling. Heavy focus on auto attacking obviously, and using W damage.

It will be less effective after the patch. They're reducing his passive damage on W which was a large part of what allowed him to duke it out in top lane. The reduced sustain in the resolve tree will also hit him more than those who have inmate sustain. It should still work, just not as well.
