I know a bit ago spirit visage was good on Vladimir when he was mid/top, but now that he mainly goes Bot, is it not viable anymore?

It isn't that you can't take him top or mid anymore, also with other mages also being bot, still a good buy. If you are fighting off against an AP heavy team, it is an amazing buy and gives him ALL the things he wants.
