Summoner Names

Riot, I'd really like to see a summoner able to change their name or take a name that they want from a really inactive player. Ex. summoner wants a name of "Fizz", but someone already has it. Summoner searches up "Fizz" and finds that "Fizz" is level 6 and hasn't played in a very very long time. I understand that "Fizz" will have to find a new name, but why not just remove the account, "Fizz" since it is very inactive and low level. Maybe this wont work for higher ranking accounts that have the name a summoner would like, but I just hate to see lvl 1-10 players that have the summoner name I desire, but never plays on their account... This is just my opinion feel free to write your opinions in this thread. No salt please! ;)

its not inactive all champions riot has made unless the name was taken before announcement are level 6 with no games in their match history they are reserved by riot

This already happens. Whenever an account has not been played on for a certain period of time, the next person who asks for that name gets it and the original holder gets a name like temp141433253523535. Exact names of champions ("fizz") are reserved by riot and are never available for players, though anything that is not exact ("FlZZ" with a lower L instead of a capital i, and the like) are fair game. You also cannot make a name that has 'riot' anywhere inside of it, even if it is a coincidence ("Mari Othername" is not a legal name because it has 'ri' followed by 'ot').
