Perma Banned for Bots or Scripts

If I used scripts I wouldn't be silver last season lol. It's been 7 months and I should've complained about this sooner. I guarantee I didn't use a bot to level up my account.

People have been banned for boting when they didn't lol. There are multiple threads complaining about this. How can I trust Riot Support when they say they "checked" my account and said it wasn't a mistake...

What people? Where? What proof of them not botting?

Bots are really, really easy to detect from a gameplay standpoint.

Player starts suddenly doing very well out of the blue? They're either botting or account sharing, both of which are forbidden.

Player plays the same way all the time? Yup, bot. Riot's got a big data operation that I am seriously jealous of. Detecting bot patterns is as easy for them as telling how an intermediate bot will respond at any given time. There's a level of randomness and judgment that a computer can't fake.

scripts may help you dodge and land skill shots, but it surely doesn't help you with horrible positioning, CS timing, map awareness and macro decisions.

I don't know how scripts work but I wouldn't be surprised if even scripters are terrible at more macro decisions in this game.... Regarding your point about rank.
