Please Help!!!

So I've been having this problem for months and I'm really frustrated. When I install league (I've played it before then this error randomly comes up) it says unspecified error check logs for more info or something like that... I tried viewing the installer folder in riot games and deleting the solution and the other folder (I forgot its name) but they aren't there to begin with... Please help!! The only folder that's in there is the systems folder
