remove 10% of ALL damage from EVERY CHAMPION INCLUDING true and tower damage.

Not as simple as it that. But as a support main myself. It is crazy when I am playing a tank and can get killed in a couple seconds... Squishes just have no chance. they need to fix the damage and lower it. (or at least the runes/masteries)

I wish it was a quick fix ^^; Alas, there is TOO much damage available to the damage dealers and no means for tanks to get involved without them dying too quickly.
