Can we do something about Tryndamere?

The champion has one of the stupidest designs I have ever seen. I know he can be shut down etc, but the champion relies so fucking heavily on RNG, and almost feels unfair. He's easy to kite but when you have to deal with tryndamere right click gods, and then the entire enemy team it's sort of fustrating. A champion like him seems so unbalanced. The E cooldown with every crit is such a stupid choice. Please remove that.

Its not really tryndamere, its more that crit chance is really stupid and now that such a big portion of champs revolve around crit chance removing it would make the game an even bigger mess....
