I was banned for two weeks in season 7. Do I really not get the season rewards? I was banned quite a bit ago, but I haven't been muted/banned at all since

Usually if the ban wasn't active at or after the 90 days prior to season end mark, you still get rewards. That was previous seasons.
From Riot Support:
Players with bans or chat restrictions active when the season ends are ineligible for this year’s rewards. Players issued a ban of seven days or more from 8/22/2017 are ineligible for this year’s rewards. Players banned for boosting during the 2017 season remain ineligible for rewards. Players who experience fraud-related or erroneous bans will still be eligible.
Assuming your ban was not for boosting, if the ban was issued before 8/22 (PST) you will be **eligible **for rewards.
If your ban was issued for boosting anytime since the beginning of the season, you will be **ineligible **for rewards.
If your ban was issued as a protective hold due to suspicious activity, a chargeback, or other temporary but indefinite measure, you will be eligible for rewards.
- Players issued a ban of seven days or more from 8/22/2017 are ineligible for this year’s rewards.
