So I was last pick, and my team decided to leave me with my worst role, BOT lane as adc. Since I dont even play a adc=Attack Damag CARRY. I was like meh, ill go use my babe swain. Team obviously started flaming me, saying "this noob is troll afk feed blahblahblah." "ff @ 20" "dodge".:

Anything can work bot in our elo. If you are better with Swain or Malzahar than playing as a marksman, then keep picking them until it stops working as you climb.
You'd be surprised at what kind of mental effect it can have on your opponents as well. The fact that you didn't go the "Normal" route can be just as effective, maybe even more effective. Once in TB I played in a

I have considered doing this before. I am currently gold 5. I think it's difficult to understand the long-range impact it has on a game, so I'm scared to do it.
For instance, losing the late game power of an adc seems risky at best. I wonder how that would work past the 30 minute mark. I mean, you managed to win by then, so good by you, but that would fall off, theoretically.
I've had hate from teams for going Renekton support or Maokai mid.
Obviously you and Bard were just the better skilled on your team. Course Swain is just annoying in the first place lol
