Permanent Ban System

I would like Riot to seriously consider form of ban: permanent bans. Im not going saying "Perma ban all players for x reason". I believe toxic or afk players are annoying, but in my eyes they are still players, it could be a bad day, or a bad lane phase. Or just stressed out that they have to carry the game, because of team mates feeding, or making bad choices. I feel for them, we have all been there. We all have been at some point, afk in a match. Why? Well because shit happens. I seriously don't want you all to think that this is a thread about promoting perma bans to reports; but to a specific reports.

What really ticks anyone off, is indeed, trolls. Not the funny or actual good types, but the ones that troll to feed on purpose. To afk later on. To purposely lose the game. These players actual exist. The game actual becomes not even a 4v5, but a 4v6. These players arent tilted. These players arent playing to win, are playing to have "fun". This fun is actually to see other players reaction. This fun is to try to piss other people off. This fun is to lose games on purpose, and only to lose games so that they can have a selfish pleasure of happiness, and not the happiness of other players. These players do exist, more than you think.. I've come across them, many players have. Disco Heat has too, a very funny and famous EU player and youtuber. His whole thing about is those players. I highly preferring to mercilessly perma-ban these players, of course, to get rid of them permanently. IP, Hardware ID, Mac ID, Player ID, Router ID, Unique ID.
