It's not called a channel is it? On the ability it states:

ACTIVE: Neeko winds up over 1.25 seconds, which can only be interrupted by death. If Neeko is disguised, enemies won't see her windup.

It's winding up, not channeling.

Kinda weird to make that comparison because theirs deals dmg whilst channeling :/ hers doesn’t
