Is Kayn still weak?
According to different datamining sites, his winrate is still on of the lowest = Azir/Ryze tier champ, but he is not a high skillcap champ like them.

He isn't weak... but :
- his early isn't so strong (we are in meta very snowbally with very early jungler)
- he's meh (i kind here) before transforming
all this is for his role as jungler. As laner he's weak.

No LOL Kayn is not weak, in every past game I've been in he's fucking 1 shot me as a mid or a support w/thunderlords & duskblade.. it's actually the most retarded thing when I look at my death cap and not even the most damage being from that but from his 1k ult.

Not weak necessarily, but he feels bad to play for sure. The lockout on his q breaks any feeling of fluidity and makes comboing meh.
