The intentional feeding report is for INTENTIONAL FEEDING. It is not a "report this person because they happened to play bad!" button. Stop sending in false reports just because your ego got bruised because you lost a game.

If I remember correctly Unskilled is supposed to lower your mmr.

If you get a significant amount of unskilled reports in NORMALS it will drop your normal mmr
