Ori and her mana costs

Do Ori's mana Costs seem a bit low? I notice she can pretty much just Spam Q in lane and not really go oom. When i compare her to another low CD mage like Syndra I notice most of her trading tools are cheaper than Syndra. Ori's passive makes her AA's hit harder so her early damage is surprisingly high with the AA's and the amount of times she can cast her Q early on. Ori's Q rank 1 cost 30 mana and does 60 base damage, while Syndras Q rank 1 cost 40 mana and 50 damage (Ori also has slightly more range). Syndra is a champion who was notorious for having too good of an early game so she got some nerfs, But Ori is actually a better and more oppressive champion than Syndra levels 1-3. I guess there is a reason Ori has never really dropped out of the competitive scene!
