Can we nerf or change lane J4

Please riot i am fed up with this champion that has no counter play in lane.

bastard can go bot and wreck an adc with ease and the adc can't even answer back. and if that adc has no escapes he is pretty much dead with one combo. No counter play in lane. This is lame and really sad and should be addressed.

can we perhaps make him deal less damage against champions and more damage against monsters. this way he would be encouraged to jungle.

or perhaps lower his damage output for the laning phase and then late game he gets the early game power loss back so it's not a buff or a nerf just a change so that he isn't OP in laning phase.

i ask because i was playing tristana and he would just take all my health away if he dashed in before i could escape. I only died once and that was 2v3 bot lane too. lucky for me after the laning phase i basically played very safe and away from my team until j4 used all his spells and ult on my teammates so i can wreck his face in. but yeah laning phase he is a real pain for adcs.

should be changed because no melee should be this strong against ranged and have absolutely no counter play or interaction with.
