Its mostly his ult, jsut sucks balls. and his Q, but my issue is most his ult. Doesnt do any one thing well.

Shit Damage, Shit Sustain, and its long @ss cd.

That's because he is not Swain. He is Sprain - Swain's long lost brother. Unlike Swain, who was crippled physically, this one is crippled mentally, physically and stylistically.

Maybe it needs to reduce in cooldown with each rank in it. A static 120 second cooldown pretty much forces you to go for a max CDR build with the Ultimate Hat.

That's my biggest issue with him overall. I tried morello first but you are so god damn squishy. RoA still is very nice on him, his man costs are still horrendous especially early. Without the CDR tho he just doesn't do anything. Compare his ult with xerath ult on 40 secs cooldown later in the game. Zed soon with 30 seconds etc.

The Inspiration tree fixes some of his major problems. Glacial Augment/Dematerializer/Stopwatch/Cosmic Insight is a fantastic rune tree. He def needs the slow in order to make up for the loss of his Q.

Even with that, though, he does feel underwhelming. He just can't fight multiple champions well at all anymore and his waveclear is pretty bad now. I find it highly unlikely that I'll ever carry games to pieces with him the way I used to.
