Why nerf devo like that?

35 stacks? Thats actually a lot more than you think. If you want to nerf devo, low the attack speed, or something other than the stacks. It might seem good at first, but once you look, if you lose one tower, you lose that control of your jungle and now its so hard to stack even on the current patch. Please rethink this nerf to devourer, before you destroy some champs that already are bad enough even with devo in its current state.

Edit: No im not saying this just because im a yi main. I'm saying this because yi needs a nerf, and they should nerf the champs, not the item, as this will affect ww and noct.
