When I'm lvl 14 and a person who is lvl 18 plays against me with fervor and devo, hes going to win just because he has an extra 90 damage every auto on xin. Please, just don't let people who aren't lvl 18 get queued with people who are.

or you could just level up because normal games don't matter

Honestly if he goes dev and you don't he's probably going to win regardless.

Does it matter? Just play to have fun in normals. You can learn from what happens in the game, and if you get kills on the xin, well there's a way to counter it.
