How do I deal with Lane Campers

I ran into a blitzcrank mid yesterday while playing as mordekaiser. Somehow the blitzcrank beat me up. I stood behind minions and stuff but somehow blitz still landed his fist like nothing. Our team was losing, and I was losing lane. Their top volibear and their jungle nocturne began to camp my lane as well. Every few minutes when i went to farm cs at a safe spot in my lane, volibear would charge out and pull me back over, and nocturne would fear me. How do I deal with campers on my lane especially when I am behind? I am pretty sure voli visited me over 5 times in just 10 minutes, and nocturne showed up 2 or 3 times. It pissed me off pretty hard and I got pretty salty, but yeah, How do I deal with lane campers?
