Soraka Mini-Rework
I propose some changes to both her ultimate and the way her W interacts with the rest of her abilities
Q - Half the mana cost, increased base damage and AP scaling, no longer gains HP
W - Soraka heals an ally for 20/30/40/50/60 (+30% AP) (this is 1/4 of the original base values). In addition, health removed from enemy champions by Soraka is stored for 10 seconds and can be used as a resource to enhance the healing of Astral Infusion by 200% of health removed (removing all health stored every time Soraka uses Astral Infusion).
Soraka still loses HP from Astral Infusion.
E - Unchanged
R (Wrath of the Stars) - Soraka unleashes her wrath upon the mortal world. Her basic abilities receive the following changes for 8/10/12 seconds
Q - In addition to slowing, enemies caught in the center are stunned for 1.5 seconds and this attack gains a damage steroid
W - Soraka uses stored HP (still 200%) to deal true damage to an enemy champion
E - Larger area
All of this is geared toward making her more interactive in both laning phase and teamfights.
