I have the solution to keep Normal Draft and make everyone happy

TL; DR: **TELL TO EVERYONE TO QUEUE UP AS THE ROLE THEY WANT TO PLAY/FILL (or even just as FILL) IN ALL THEIR GAMES IN ALL THE QUEUES WHERE ROLE SELECTION IS AVAILABLE **

With role selection, games do not start unless there are players available on the less desired roles (aka support most of the times), which cause long queue times and unbalanced games because the system must search players into wider MMR range

If everyone queue up as PRIMARY ROLE/FILL, you always have in every Queue enough people available to play those roles, so the waiting times are short and MMR players is balanced even in the servers/queue with a small player population, so those problems are solved and all the Queues can be kept up making everyone happy

If you don't get your primary role, you can just ask politely to swap in the pre game lobby, and if no one accpets, you have to just suck it up and accept to play support or whatever role is in need those few times, so you can get your main role the majority of the times - AND IF EVERYONE PUT FILL IN THEIR SECONDARY ROLE SELECTION YOU WON'T BE FORCED ALWAYS ON SUPPORT AS EVERYONE WILL GET ITS TURN TO FILL -
