Patch 6.24 Changelog:
Master Yi - Alpha Strike Removed. Master Yi determined to be not Alpha enough.
Draven - Given new ability on T called Alpha Strike. It's the same as Master Yi's old Alpha Strike, but on an actually Alpha champion. It also deals 100% max health true damage on a 0.5 second cooldown to facilitate extra-Alpha pentakills.

I don't know, Betas are usually still being tested and have a lot of bugs. We'll have to wait for Final Release Strike.
Tyler1 would disapprove, we already have enough betas in league of legends :D
