Can there be 10 total bans there is to many champs that never get the update on their stats and continue to be bs 
those 2 are great examples that come to mind and thats not all of them.

I think bans are pointless because it doesn't help the community figure out who is actually overpowered when they keep getting banned.
the ban system is a complete joke. it should not be in the game. people spend valuable time and money on these league of legends accounts and the fact that there are bans is unreal. people who play this game look for any reason to report someone so it is not possible to remain un banned. its like getting cancer no matter how long you play or live you'll get the ban just like you'll get cancer. so hopefully all employees at riot get cancer and die. and suffer the same fate as all league accounts.
