Getting matched against Diamonds

I'm fine fighting people that are somewhat better than me, I actually enjoy it if it's a decent game.

But getting matched against some diamond 5 zoe main, when I'm a silver 4 velkoz? Fuck off with that. Riot, I know that pre-season is a rough time for balancing and whatnot, but can you PLEASE figure out a way to stop people from smurfing and seal-clubbing so hard? I don't enjoy going into a game and it becomes immediately apparent within 5 minutes that the other team WILL win, and there's not a single thing I can do to turn it around, or even play the game.

Using this last game as an example, getting camped by Rengar and one-shot by zoe every 20 seconds is not a fun experience. Especially when they're multiple skill levels higher than me.
