Is Yuumi "OK" now finally

I don't play LoL that often, so I'm not a great player, and when I do play I tend to like supports the best. I looked at yuumi and went; "This hero can help the ADC and isn't very technically demanding." That sounds like a good addition to my roster. Then I looked at her basic statistics and saw the less than 40% winrate. Now I'm not so sure about that.

Is she harder than I'm giving her credit for? I might not be the greatest player, but I do actually want to help out my ADC and try to win.

Yuumi, just like every support ever, gets very oppressive if her team is winning, but since she can buff her adc, people cried, and cried, and cried, and got a 44% winrate champ nerfed further....she does nothing unique, outside of buff her adc with some extra stats, hell yuumi isn't even that good in elos outside of iron and grandmaster now and is only good in those elos for different reasons

She's alright if you know how to play her, but I feel like the recent changes to her made her go from an elusive utility champ to untargetable heal bot.

I can play a very average Soraka or Sona, are they better?
