Poacher's knife doesn't have to be worthless, i have a solution.

I feel like Poacher's knife is as weak as it is due to the fact it doesn't actually give you a real edge over any of the other smite items. Poacher's knife excels no where, given that fact i feel like if you took away the 30s cooldown perk of it and gave it an extra 60-100 damage on smite it would serve the dual function of having more reliable invades, and in addition to that securing jungle objectives. I also don't feel like this would make the item SO strong that everyone would take it all the time because there's no other option. You want gank potential? Take blue or red smite, you want jungle sustain? Take purple smite, you want to secure jungle objectives/invade? Take Poacher's knife. Penny for your thoughts?
