Why does the New Rank system take so long?
I was super excited to try the new rank system especially after all the positive feedback. However I quit out after waiting 12 minutes in que. Is this just a me thing or is it an everyone thing.

Because now you are pairing up. If you choose top or mid, you will be taking longer! Going fill/support/jungle will definitely let you find a team sooner!
