i know riot wont see this but oh well (genuine question here)

how hard would it be for you guys to have "separate games" for lack of better words. what I mean is, would it be hard to have separate patches for people from na or eu who like to have longer more strategic games vs china who seem to like faster games (from what ive been told its because a lot of people play in internet cafes or something and you have a limit on how long you can be there or something like that). basically, patch games for us differently than you would for others so we can have the game we want and they can have the game they want. this might be a dumb question but I know nothing of coding and programming things
