As a AD Top Laner anything that builds out of is worthless to me.

The same can be said from champion select actually! As soon as you figure out who you're against or even just see the full team, look at your summs for laning phase AND teamfights. Could they be better? Is ignite really going to pay off or would barrier be a better choice against that bursty Talon, Fizz, or Kat? Maybe even Cleanse, holy shit people there isn't only Flash, Ignite, Heal and Tele (and Smite, obv). You're meant to adapt your champion and play style to every single different composition. It's not the same shit every game. This is why ADC's cry every game with not a single resistance built against the currently super bursty mages (esp. with the removal of Aegis' aura, so I've heard.)
One for all against Fiddlesticks. As Cass, I was the only person on my team to prioritize building a Morellos. It was a sad day.
Personally I think they should just straight up remove 
so that ADs are FORCED to buy the grievous wounds item the same way APs are.
It's clearly the only way to get people to buy it since nobody in the game has any idea that that little heart-with-swords icon means.

One day I randomly decided to play Kayle top lane. Got laned with a Mundo. 1st item I bought was Executioner's Calling. Then I just went with Kayle's build path. I went with a Hybrid build that game so I didn't get nomicon, granted I like Calling more because he doesn't need to be at 40% HP before taking its GW effect.
I have never had that problem in ranked lol
in this thread, people who think wasting 800 gold on an item with poor stats is going to let them beat that sustain lane, when in fact the sustain lane just kinda chuckles because now they have the stats advantage thanks to items which are actually budgeted correctly.

We lost the game because our Cait afkd in fountain complaining about game balance the rest of the time. Never bought , despite the fact that there were FOUR people on the enemy team that were using excessive healing. She already had 
so would have giga wrecked the enemy team in any team fight, but no, afk in fountain was apparently a better solution.
I never buy this item because after my main damage item 
, I always build full tank regardless of the enemy team comp.
