You're the one getting banned. If you don't like the rules, tough shit. You're free to play other games if you don't like the rules that Riot has placed on their game. Break the rules and you risk getting punished.

Simple answer: you broke the ToS you agreed to when you made the account and every patch since then.

As others have stated, most of us are surprised that the hate speech in game one didn't end in the ban by itself.
