Team composition and dragons

I'd like to know which dragons are going to spawn in what order before I pick my champion. I mostly play jungle and top. I'd like to know because the buffs interaction with my laners/lane/rune selection. For instance, if the first drag is ocean, maybe blind pick a tank top, trusting the healing and mana restore to get me through Kennen/Jayce/Gnar. Mountain? Something that can push and get chip damage. Cloud? Maybe use the new 'free shoes' rune. Jungler not going to prioritize drag? Make a different plan. TL:DR It's a layer of strategy that would be easy to add and potentially broaden the meta.
