Windspeaker's blessing: your heals and shields are 10% stronger. Does this apply to relic shield/targon/face stacks? Face of the mountain shield? Locket of the iron solari shield? Mikhael's heal? Galio shield (extra 10% armor, mr)? Extra healing? Garen W (active or passive, or both)? Shyvana passive? Sejuani passive?

However, armor/mr amounts are not shields, therefore they are not increased; Galio, Garen, Shyvana, and Sejuani may have ways to gain extra armor/mr, but those aren't shields, so they are not increased by Windspeakers. They are, however, increased by the Unyielding mastery, which increases bonus armor/mr.

Renascent1 votesIt's just a choice of words by the Rioter who wrote the tooltip. If you ask anybody who has knowledge about the game on what a "shield" is, they would tell you that it is "temporary extra health", rather than "temporary extra armor/mr".
