Preseason and Assassins
I know runes is going to take up most of the dev time for preseason, but assassins and their items seem a little unfocused right now. Since preseason is when you blow stuff up anyway.... Please give assassins lethality ratios on their abilities. This is the stat you wanted to balance them around, and it would more clearly differentiate them from fighters. I get the present rune system doesn't allow for this, as you can get 54 from items (presently) and like 30 from runes and that would be too front loaded. However, with the new system coming out, that shouldn't be a problem. Nerf the present ad/ap ratio and add a lethality ratio. Did I say ap? I did. Please add a basic lethality item. Some 400 gold thing, call it a poison needle or whatever, it gives some lethality. Combine with a longsword to make serrated dirk, with an amp tome to make a voodoo doll. Merge flat pen into 1 stat (lethality). You could clean up Liandry's, sorc shoes, add another option or 2 for the ap crowd. It should provide balance space for artillery mages, battle mages, ap assassins, ad assassins and fighters itemization and make them more distinct.
