I cannot win ARAM games after patch 9.8... Someone please help me and tell me what Riot have changed

I am an Iron player and I am very bad. But I did enjoy ARAM games. I have played ~3000 ARAM games and got ~53% win rate, which I feel pretty okay. However, things changed after Riot launched patch 9.8 (the one before current one):

I lost around 35 ARAM games in the first 40 games I played in patch 9.8, and even now, it's still extremely hard for me to win a ARAM game - I only won several games when the other team had AFK players...

I don't think I have changed anything in my play style or champion usage, but it is extremely weird that I was able to win >50% ARAM games but now I can hardly get a single win in patch 9.8 and 9.9.

Could someone please tell me what Riot have changed in ARAM? Is there any secret rune, item, champion change in ARAM?

Holy smokes you're at 31% win rate. I had to check if you were exaggerating.

I see you duo or more a lot, and see some diamonds in your games. Did you start teaming when you used to solo? Maybe try solo a bit, see what happens.

Maybe because other people dodge when they saw bad champions but I do not?
