Something seriously wrong with ARAM matchmaking system on this account

I am an Bronze/Iron player and am not very good. I mainly play ARAM games. Overall I had 1752 wins and 1551 losses, which make the total ARAM win rate to be 53%. Although I'm very bad at playing summoner's rift, I think the 53% ARAM overall win rate proves that I'm okay in ARAM mode.

However, things have changed since patch 9.8 (the patch Riot bring Howling Abyss back). It became extremely hard to win a single ARAM game using this account: I lost ~35 games out of the initial 40 ARAM games that I played after patch 9.8, and in the most recent 45 games I lost 34. Feel free to check my match history. I do NOT think this extremely low win rate is normal, considering my 53% overal win rate.

I tried to figure out why. First, I'm absolutely sure that I changed nothing on my end, such as play style. More importantly, I CAN easily win ARAM games when I play my other accounts (I also own a Bronze account and an unranked account). There is something wrong with THIS particular account.

I think the issue is in the matchmaking of this account - I was constantly matched against platinum and diamond players in the enemy team. As a Bronze/ Iron player, of course I suffer and lose (and my teammates also suffer). Feel free to check my match history on OP.GG to confirm this.

Also, I have two friends also play ARAM games a lot (I sometimes premade with them, check my match history and you will know their account names). They also experienced severe win rate drop after patch 9.8 (one of them even lost 12 ARAM games in a row).

I know Riot do not like ARAM-only acounts and maybe have launched some features in the matchmaking system to target these accounts. Please STOP doing this! Forcing ARAM-only players to lose ARAM games would let them start playing summoner's rift, instead, it only push people away from League of Legend.

Everyone has the right to choose their favorite game mode. Riot, you punish ARAM-only account in the matchmaking system, then why don't you punish summoner's rift-only player by forcing bronze/Iron players to fight agains Platinum/Diamonds in almost every game? Riot, if you do not like ARAM-only players, please just delete the mode from the game, then everyone who play the game will go summoner's rift. Your trick in matchmaking system is shameful.

Aram only ACCOUNTS usually refers to accounts that only own a low number of top tier aram champions to game the RNG. It does not necessarily refer to aram only PLAYERS. I don't think Riot has anything in place to punish either group though.

Your rank means nothing to the aram mms, it is a seperate queue and therefore has an own rating. According to https://na.whatismymmr.com/BiggieSquirts you have a decent aram mmr, i assume your other accounts ratings are lower, which explains your different experiences. If you want to keep playing on this account i suggest you try to have a neutral mind set and lose your obsession over your win rate.

Every patch they update your MMR.

Last patch I was wining somewhere between 75-80% of my Normal Draft games. At one point I had a 14 win-streak, reason being before that patch I rarely played that mode. Despite being Plat I was was being matched against mostly silver players with very few gold players.

This patch they corrected the MMR for my normal draft games, Now i see most of my opponents are high gold players with a few Plat.

*Due to this patch giving actually better rewards if you reach 2,000 or 2,200 event tokens, I shifted to playing ARAM so I can start playing against Unranked and Silver players again so I can FARM TOKENS from newbies My win rate is 60% in ARAM currently, I expect it to only increase as I familiarize with this game mode.
