ADC champions are too OP in ARAM after Riot reverted critical strike items!

Riot edited critical strike items back to what they were 1 year ago to make adc's growth curve a little bit smooth in mid game, cool, I agree - it does make adc feel fair in ranked games. However, in ARAM, the change makes ADC too OP. ADC almost always have more gold than tanks or fighters in ARAM (because ranged champions can CS more) and have the same level as tanks or fighters in ARAM (in Rift, ADCs are always 1 or 2 levels lower than top lane). These already give ADC advantage over tanks and fighters. And now, ADCs can get decent attack damage, decent attack speed, and 50% (!!!!!!!!) critical chance with only two items, which completely destroy the tanks and fighters (when ADCs get two items, tanks and fighters usually only have 1.5 items in ARAM). Now I feel that if one side has ADC, the other side doesn't, then the side with adc wins 90% games, which is ridiculous. It's just too hard to play against ADC in ARAM when your team unluckily do not get an ADC. There is no way to tank ADC's damage, from beginning to the end of the game. So bad.

Main problems with ADCs in ARAM imo, isn't really their insane damage they dish out, but the fact they can lifetap like fucking vampires with at least 1 lifesteal item. You simply cannot punish them, as they can facetank almost anything given they have target to lifesteal on.

Would be cool if we had ARAM-stat balance that reduces crit chance by 30-40% and/or lifesteal from items by 50-70%.

Mages braindeadly dominate aram since season 6. Enchanter supports are near instant win. There are 2 champions with literally over 70% winrate in aram. There are garbage champions with below 40% winrate in aram. There are a lot of champions with over 63% winrate, guess what role all of them are, except Maokai. Playing melee champions including divers juggernauts non tank supports and even assassins feels like trash gameplay and is a death sentence.

Riot: snowball, 10 mr and going back to sleep for another year

Good, this will screw with ARAM only accounts.

Honestly it's not even the crit changes that have made (certain) ADCs OP in aram, its changes like these along with the crit revert.

Caitlyn R - Ace in the Hole DAMAGE 250/475/700 ⇒ 300/525/750

Xayah W - Deadly Plumage BONUS ATTACK SPEED 30/35/40/45/50% ⇒ 40/47.5/55/62.5/70%

Xayah was strong on aram before the W buff as she had CC, untargetability and bonus damage on hit from W ontop of the AA steroid (also movespeed because why not). Doesn't help that adc can get cs easier than other champs due to being ranged, hence quicker items.

Just give adc's half gold from the passive nearby minion deaths so they have cs better to offset their advantage/ease of farming. Or just revert the crit adc buffs they made when they spayed them now that they are viable again but that would only happen if riot balanced the game.

Also personally tanks haven't been hit as hard as bruisers, assassins and shacos because tanks don't really have to get a damage item first. They can just get some defense componets while getting their RoA (commonly see people get RoA first-ish on tanks)

But Jhin aram or not is still shit

Why is this even a discussion right now? Is there not a huge ARAM update coming next patch that nerfs poke and buffs meele champions?

ARAM OMEGALUL

Surprisingly, they are already on the case.

https://nexus.leagueoflegends.com/en-us/2019/03/dev-more-experimental-aram-changes/

They are making a LOT of changes to help melee champs (buffs, new Summoners tailored to Divers/Assassins, Ghostwalkers for flanking and an altered version of GA that lets a fighter potentially get a kill before dying) while tuning back ranged champs, especially ones with poke abilities, all while trying to get to the late game faster and make "decided" matches end quicker (so matches where it's been a one sided curb stomp won't drag on for ages). Now these are just experimental changes but depending on how they test we could end up seeing some of these (if not all of them if all the changes test well) get moved into normal ARAM (Aside from Butchers Bridge as they stated in the post).

ARAM is 100% more fun without an ADC in it (Ezreal included mind you).

Of my games yesterday I won my fair share against an ADC but I had one on my team so evened out, yet I would say that out of all my games yesterday not one ADC (including Ez) had a negative KD, even in the games they lost. That's a bit weird.

There was one game from Friday though however, the enemy team was mostly ADCs and I just built item 3047 and item 3143 and we won (the Yi on my team and them being only ADCs with no hard CC helped).

ADC'S aren't "OP" in any game mode.

Mages are busted in ARAM hence why their mana regen runes and a lot of the top tier mages are getting ARAM nerfs in 9.7

It's ARAM, even if they gutt adc's in ARAM you'll still get poked back to the shadow realm by Mages and enchanters.

Fighters and tanks are weak because ARAM isnt designes well enough for them, they THEMSELVES need to get changes to be up to par, instead of nerfing every class.

yeah it's weird, you have to focus them instead of ignoring them (per crit update)
