To first get the hang of her.
I'd start with a very basic set of adc runes since those are easier to clear with. You don't really want to delve into the more complex rune pages until after you have a really good feel for her/know your damage/what you're capable of vs X champ.
Clear paths it really varies by jungler and what rank you're at.
For ex: If I'm up against champs like Lee Sin/ Rengar/Nidalee there's a pretty good chance I might get level 2 cheese invaded. So, before I even start my red ((Stone golem side start)) I'll ward the bush behind it by physically walking over there. Otherwise I'll just do stone brothers, red, and then rush over to blue hit blue smite blue and then go invade them at their red and kill them.
If you're not feeling as dangerous/deadly back and then play the patient game.
by patient game I mean if you're mark lands on a scuttle bug/chicken people you can just chill by it and wait for the enemy jungler to come try and nab it up and then you can kill them + mark and then go gank. But, Kindred in a nut shell is a hyper tempo champ where you attempt to destroy people as fast as possible, aacquire a large amount of marks so that you can secure late game.
That's pretty much your core right now. Don't really care what anyone else says, BOTRK is a must on Kindred. The active + the additional scale to your passive makes it better on you than any champ due to how percents work.
is very niche and only useful if you're really ahead/know what you're doing/against a specific team comp. Other than that
is typically the roster of items you'll be buying. In a realistic world you'll almost never hit 5 to 6 items. So, in most matches you'll typically look like this:

come late game, it's best to place your marks on the tanks/bruisers/assassins like Rengar and sit in the back. This is the most effective way of acquiring marks late game since those champs are the ones that usually dive your adc and they basically deliver themselves right to you. So, if you win the team fight, or at least break even you'll almost always get a mark from every fight.
