Where the hell are the missions riot?

if you are not going to make any missions you might as well revert BE to be attainable after every match instead, cause this is stupid. the rng of the gambling loot capsules is way to much out of wack especially for new accounts. new accounts dont want to disenchant champion shards since they want those champions.

there for they need more BE than what they have been receiving, so give them missions that allow them, to get BE, stop being so cheap with it.
