Bard meep/chime question

I have played Bard since release, but I never thought about his meep damage scaling until now. I started out with Bard in the support role, but at 40 minutes I had over 100 chimes and was at full build (which would normally be , except it is disabled) and I was doing more damage than I anticipated with my meep auto attacks (for example, taking half the health from the Blue Sentinel with one meep + Iceborn proc). I tried looking at the Bard champion page and the Bard release page, but could not find any info about the meeps/chimes. Does anyone know the numbers?
